Front Idler: The front idler main function is that support and tension the track chain, ensuring smooth track movement and reducing wear on track links in heavy machinery undercarriage systems.
Track Roller: The rollers are used to support the tractor weight while rolling on the guide rails (rail links) or track surface of the track, and it is also used to limit the track to prevent lateral slippage.
The requirements for rollers: wear-resistant rims, reliable bearing seals, and low rolling resistance. The supporting wheels are usually made from 35Mn or 50Mn cast steel, and the quenching hardness of the wheel surface is HRC48-57 to obtain good wear resistance.
Carrier Roller: Carrier rollers are constructed of long wearing, heat resistant satellite material supported by rubber load rings that keep oil in and dirt out. It has heat treated tread and flange areas for increased strength and longer wear life
Track Assy: Thetrack shoes provide the working platform for the machine. Track shoes penetrate the ground giving the machine traction to move. Proper shoe selection is very important for better machine performance and longer undercarriage life.
Track Chain: Two kinds of types: internal and combined types. Internal track link has meshing teeth on the track plate, which tend to mesh with the driving wheel. The track plate can become the rolling track of the rollers and other wheels. Features: Easy to manufacture, but wears out quickly.
Sprockets: The sprocket engages with the bushing of track link assembly and drives the machine. The proper heat treatment is essential to long life and durability. The sprocket is subject to multiple quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet the stringent specifications.
